Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — no questions asked. Just contact us within that window.

Is my membership active for a calendar year or a school year?

Memberships run for a full 365 days from the date you join, and renew automatically each year. For example, if you join on July 1, 2026, your membership stays active through July 1, 2027.
